When you sign up for a VideoAsk account, we send you a verification email to double-check it's really you.
Once you've completed the signup process, you'll see a screen that looks something like this:
To verify your account, open your email and look for an email from VideoAsk with the subject Verify your VideoAsk account:
Open the email and click Confirm my account.
And that's it. Now for the fun stuff, like creating your first videoask! 🎉
I signed up for an account, but I can't see a verification email from VideoAsk. Where is it? 🙁
First up, check your junk or spam folder. Here's how to do that.
If it's not there either, wait 15 minutes. Occasionally our verification emails can take a little time to reach your inbox, so check both your inbox and spam folders again after 15 minutes. 🙏
If you still don't see the email, get in touch with our Support team, by clicking the Contact Support button at the bottom of this page, so we can look into the issue further for you.
